YOGA
Asana is one part of
a much larger practice.
YOGA, IN ALL ITS PARTS
I teach what I have learned and what I practise, and adapt it to the person in front of me.
TEACH
I offer private classes, online or in person, and I teach in studios, hotels and companies. Workshops and Yoga Teacher Trainings (YTT) are available on request.
Every class begins with the person, not the pose.
WHAT STUDENTS SAY
“I didn’t expect a Yoga teacher who is such an all-rounder: she is a perfect Ashtanga teacher, but also amazing for power Yoga Vinyasa! … The very best she does is her meditation style. She is really one of the best teachers I have met.”
“Such an experienced Yoga teacher that worked with every individual in the class to firstly make us feel welcomed and to help everyone feel comfortable and get the most out of the class. I really appreciated the corrections and use of aids, all done in a sensitive, kind, non-judgemental manner.”
“Her teaching style, passion and unique chanting created an exceptional Yoga experience. … Her class was a perfectly balanced flow, offering clear instructions and variations for the poses.”

– the space and its equipment
– the audience you want to reach
– the types of classes to offer
– the teachers to bring in
