  • comfortable clothes

  • some water

  • towel

  • a blanket if you are in a cold country.

And for the online classes:

  • a laptop/ phone and a good internet connection

Do I need props?

If you have 2 blocks and a belt, that's nice!

Otherwise, we can use other things as a replacement:

  • Belt: any kind of towels or a scarf

  • Blocks: big books or boxes

How many times a week do I need to practice?

Absolutely NOT! You will improve it with the practice. As we say in Yoga; "Practice and everything is coming".

Absolutely NOT! You will improve your physical condition with the practice. As we say in Yoga; "Practice and everything is coming".

Absolutely NOT!

However, it's better not to eat a full meal 3h before the practice or 1.5h before for a light meal.

For getting all the benefits of Yoga, the most important is to practice regularly.

No matter the number of classes or hours. If you choose to practice once a week, just try to keep this pace.

You & your Yoga teacher

What does my Yoga teacher need to know about me?

The most important is to tell to your Yoga teacher if you have special medical conditions or issues such as:

  • low / high blood pressure

  • any kind of pain

It's not because your teacher is curious ;) It's for adapting the practice and or find the best variations of the asana.

If you are feeling not well or any pain during the practice, please tell it to your teacher.

Do I have to accept the adjustments?

Absolutely YES! If you don't want to be adjust, just tell it to your teacher. And you don't need any justification.
